Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data SalesMonitor has stored about you. See also our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we process data.

1. Disconnect a single integration

Log in to your SalesMonitor account and go to Integrations. Click "Disconnect" next to any connected service (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Shopify, WooCommerce). This immediately revokes SalesMonitor's access token for that service, and no further data is collected.

2. Delete your entire account and all your data

To permanently delete your SalesMonitor account and all associated data, email info@salesmonitor.io with the subject "Delete my data" from your account's registered email address. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. accounting records, retained for 6 years under the Finnish Accounting Act).

3. Revoke access directly from Meta

You can also revoke SalesMonitor's access to your ad data directly from Meta's own settings: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → SalesMonitor → Remove.
